We will provide a thorough exam of your air conditioning system while providing quality service. If major repair is needed, we will provide you with the best price for a new air conditioner. If one is needed, our skilled technicians have been trained to install the highest rated air conditioning equipment. We will provide the same even if you are calling for a second opinion. We will take care of all your Commercial properties. We offer air conditioning maintenance, air conditioning service, air conditioning repairs, and unit replacement. Ductless Mini Splits

We install the highest SEER rating mini splits at an affordable price. We install Friedrich Mini Split Air Conditioners also known as Ductless Air Conditioners. They have 18 SEER up to 23 SEER ratings. They come with a 7 year compressor and 5 year parts warranty! We install a lot of these air conditioning systems in master bedrooms and garages. Service and Repair

We will diagnose your air conditioning system and repair any brand of air conditioner. If air conditioning repairs are needed, we will provide you with upfront Customer Assurance pricing so you get an upfront price before any air conditioning repairs are made. If major air conditioning repairs are needed, we will also add a new AC unit quote so you can see cost to repair verse cost to replace. What is included in my free quote?

You will receive a written scope of your project, including what permits will be required, a basic timeline, and we will answer any questions you have.

How often should my systems be serviced?

You should have your systems serviced right before each cooling and heating season starts. We recommend twice a year, ask us about our Elite Maintenance Program! Even Lakeland Electric agrees that an annual maintenance should be done on your air conditioner. They are offering rebates to have annual maintenance done.

How do I reduce my cooling costs?

Make sure you change your air filter(s) monthly, blinds or shades can help keep the heat out, keeping the outside unit clear of any obstructions such as bushes or plants, turning your thermostat up 3 degrees when no one is home, and having regular maintenance done are all ways to reduce cooling cost.

What is the Elite Maintenance Program

This is our twice a year air conditioning system maintenance. We have a full list of benefits listed on the agreement. How much is your call out rate?
